I guess this doesn’t really count as a fresh new recipe, but hey, I’m on vacation here. I made these cookies and snapped pictures about a week before I left for my holiday.
How do you make them? Simply follow my butter biscuits recipe and add about a teaspoon of lemon or orange zest. Ta-dah! (Give me a break. I’m on a break.)
Are they still worth making? Absolutely. Just adding the zest changes the cookies entirely. And to emphasise the difference, I’ve piped the cookies out in a pinwheel shape.
